Corporate Officer

Your mission
  • Working autonomously on a mixed portfolio of non-regulated Luxembourg investment vehicles (Soparfis) and Luxembourg alternative investment funds (in the area of Credit)
  • Organizing board and shareholders´ meetings
  • Drafting board meeting and shareholder minutes and other relevant legal documents
  • Leveraging fund administrator(s) provided partners' capital account statements (PCAPs) to draft Luxembourg inquired partners registers for SCSp’s 
  • Ensuring corporate data correctness from third party drafted legal documentation 
  • Following-up on client requests and taking part in client meetings
  • Providing ongoing corporate-secretarial services to your client portfolio
  • Liaising with notaries, international tax advisors and law firms
  • Participating in cross-departmental projects (e.g. transfer pricing, DAC 6)
Your profile
  • You have at least 3 years of working experience as a Corporate Officer/Legal Assistant or in a similar position in Luxembourg 
  • You have advanced knowledge in the Luxembourg corporate law
  • You have a strong command using MS Office
  • Your style of working is characterized by diligence, reliability and respect of confidentiality
  • You demonstrate analytical and conceptual intellectual power, flexibility and strong communication skills
  • You are a team player with a proven ability to build relationships at all levels of an organization
  • You have a perfect command of English and German and French skills are a plus
