Your mission

Manage your own portfolio of clients and act as a trusted advisor in close collaboration with the Partner in charge.
Plan, coordinate and deliver multiple audit and assurance engagements from client acceptance through to completion.
Supervise audit teams, review audit work and ensure compliance with applicable audit methodology and quality standards.
Monitor regulatory developments and assess their potential impact on clients and business operations.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure a high level of client satisfaction and long-term cooperation.
Identify business development opportunities and contribute to the development of our service offering.
Ensure the timely delivery of high-quality work in line with agreed deadlines and professional standards.

Your profile

University degree in Economics, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or an equivalent qualification.
Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in external audit, ideally within an audit firm or professional services environment.
Proven experience in managing audit engagements and supervising junior team members.
Sound understanding of local and international accounting standards, including Lux GAAP and/or IFRS.
Fluency in French and English is required; German or Luxembourgish would be considered an asset.
Client-focused mindset with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
Proactive, entrepreneurial and solution-oriented approach, with a focus on quality and added value.
High level of professionalism, integrity, discretion and commitment to quality.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; experience with audit software or data analytics tools would be an asset.
