- Overseeing the day-to-day activities of accounting team(s) and managing a team of accounting professionals
- Ensuring the accurate and timely preparation of financial statements and consolidations for SPVs in accordance with LuxGAAP and IFRS
- Implementing and maintaining internal controls and accounting policies to ensure the completeness and accuracy of financial information for our clients
- Leading communication and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, including auditors, to ensure timely and accurate reporting for our clients
- Managing the budgeting and forecasting processes for SPVs, ensuring they are completed in a timely and accurate manner
- Continuously evaluating and improving processes and procedures to increase efficiency and accuracy in our services
- Providing guidance and mentorship to the team lead(s) and other team members

Your profile
- You have 8+ years of experience in accounting or audit in Luxembourg, preferably with private equity structures
- You have very strong knowledge of LuxGAAP, IFRS and financial reporting practices
- You are an expert in preparing consolidated accounts in Excel
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team
- You have excellent skills in Excel
- You are fluent in German and English, any other European language will be considered an asset
