Your mission
  • Filling out, printing and distributing account opening forms properly and in time
  • Gathering required information from our clients
  • Maintaining databases and spreadsheets 
  • Filing and updating of beneficial ownership details with the Register of Beneficial Owners
  • Liaising with the Legal, Accounting and Compliance departments within AVEGA Group
  • Creating regular and ad-hoc reports

  • You have the ability to provide efficient, timely and courteous service to our clients
  • You are proficient in using Microsoft Office
  • You are fluent in both German and English
