Compliance Assistant (German Speaking)

Your mission
  • Assisting the Compliance team in providing support to the business as well as to external partners and clients through responding to queries
  • Working together with other members of the team to ensure all required records and compliance registers are up-to-date 
  • Input, update and review of internal databases by way of the usage of CRM tools and spreadsheets
Your profile
  • You have at least 1-2 years experience as a Compliance Assistant or in a similar role in Luxembourg
  • You ideally have a basic knowledge of AML regulations (monitoring and screening) and CTF framework
  • Your style of working is characterized by diligence, reliability and respect of confidentiality
  • You have the capacity and affinity to work in an international and teamwork-orientated environment
  • You are proficient in using Microsoft Office
  • You are fluent in German and English
