Finance Manager

Your mission

Supervising day-to-day accounting activities, including accounts payable and receivable, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
Reviewing and approving invoices and bank reconciliations for accuracy
Leading monthly and annual closing processes, ensuring compliance with LuxGAAP standards
Working on topics such as financial planning, budgeting, and VAT/tax preparation efforts
Managing internal and external reporting tasks, including financial statements and regulatory filings
Providing guidance and support to the internal finance team, promoting continuous improvement
Coordinating with auditors and ensuring timely responses and resolution of findings
Working on other finance related projects and topics such as treasury, including cash flow management

Your profile

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field with 8+ years of relevant work experience in a finance role in Luxembourg
Proven experience in preparing consolidated financial accounts under LuxGAAP
Very flexible, strongly committed and ultimately deadline focused to the transaction schedule
Strong understanding of financial regulations and compliance requirements
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with different stakeholders
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail
You are fluent in English, German is considered an asset
